Warbirds Over Wanaka

What are warbirds? They are aeroplanes which were used during wars, both World War I and World War II.

This coming Easter weekend is once again a chance to see Warbirds at Wanaka. Wanaka airport is 120km from Queenstown and 430km South-West of Christchurch. This year there will be a special event to remember 100 years since the start of WWI.

Listen to April 7th 2012 to hear more about Warbirds over Wanaka.
