The All Blacks have made it through to the semifinals of the Rugby World Cup, having beaten Ireland 46-14 in the quarterfinal in Tokyo after a long wait for the typhoon to pass.
The All Blacks will play against England in Yokohama next Saturday.
The other two semifinalists will be decided tomorrow, when Wales play France and Japan takes on South Africa.
Also in Japan right now are the New Zealand Wheelblacks, playing in the Wheel Chair Rugby Challenge in Tokyo. Their most recent game was against Brazil, with New Zealand winning 54 – 47. This was a welcome relief as they were beaten by Australia, the USA and Canada in the three days prior.
